ONLINE POLICY :

  • We offer instant refunds on all full-priced items via Refundid
  • Australian returns are accepted within 14 days from the date received. Items received outside this date will not be accepted.
  • International returns are accepted within twenty days from the date of purchase via our standard returns service. 
  • Note that to receive a refund for your online purchase, you must return via Refundid. Items purchased online and returned to our store are only eligible for an exchange or credit note
  • All items must be in original condition and tags attached (any item that has been worn, washed, damaged or altered cannot be returned)
  • Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
  • Returns for refunds will incur a charge of $12.50 for the cost of the return shipping label, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. Exchanges will be returned at the customer's expense, with your new order being dispatched free of charge. Please note: faulty returns will be free of charge.


IN-STORE POLICY :

If you have purchased your item in any of our boutiques, we only offer store credit or exchanges on full-priced items purchased in boutiques subject to the following conditions:

  • The garments are returned within 7 days of purchase and be accompanied by a receipt.
  • The garments are returned in original packaging.
  • Garments are in a saleable condition, i.e. clean, tags attached, in original condition. Any garments worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted.
  • Any sale items are non-exchangeable.
  • Please note store credits are valid for 3 years.

 

PHONE ORDERS AND CLICK & COLLECT :

  • All phone order purchases are subject to the same Terms & Conditions as boutique purchases with an extended period of (7 days)
  • All click & collect orders are subject to the same Terms & Conditions as online purchases (14-day return policy). E.g. If returning via the boutique, an exchange or credit note only will be granted. If returning online; via Refundid an instant refund will be granted as per returns policy terms.

Please note: all items for return or exchange must have a Return Authorisation number (RA). For returns of faulty goods please follow the same process. RA numbers can be obtained by emailing us at customercare@skinandthreads.com. Once you have received your RA please send your return along with your original invoice to Skin and Threads' mail order attention:
